Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

IronMarket Alerts — SMS program terms. Last updated: September 2026.

1. Program description

Master Preview, Inc. d/b/a IronMarket (“IronMarket,” “we,” “us”) operates an SMS notification program called IronMarket Alerts. IronMarket is an independent asset verification platform: credentialed agents witness equipment, trailers, vehicles and other personal property on site, and the resulting sealed record is called a Certificate of Verification (COV).

If you opt in, we send text messages about your own IronMarket account and the assets in it. Messages may include:

Verification appointment scheduling, confirmations, and agent arrival notices
Notice that a verification is complete and a Certificate of Verification has been issued
Certificate of Verification renewal reminders and expiration notices
Notice that a record has been shared with you, or that a transfer is awaiting your acceptance
Account and security notifications, including one-time sign-in codes
Assignment and bid notifications for credentialed IronMarket agents
A link to a Certificate of Verification that you requested be sent to your own phone

This is a notification program about your account and your assets. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through it.

2. How to opt in

You may join IronMarket Alerts in any of these ways:

On our website. Sign in at ironmarket.com, go to your profile, enter your mobile number and check the box consenting to receive text messages from IronMarket. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default and is never a condition of purchasing anything.
When you request a record be texted to you. If someone shares a Certificate of Verification with you and you choose “Text this link to me,” you enter your own mobile number and agree to these terms on that page.
By replying to a message. If you previously opted out, you can rejoin by texting START, YES, UNSTOP or CONTINUE to the IronMarket number you were messaged from.

Only the person who owns the mobile number may opt that number in. Nobody can enroll someone else’s phone number in IronMarket Alerts, and we do not accept phone numbers collected by third parties.

After you opt in you will receive a confirmation message:

3. How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by texting STOP to the number you received the message from. You may also text STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. After you text one of these words we will send a single confirmation message and then send you no further messages unless you opt in again.

You may also turn text notifications off in your IronMarket profile, or email support@ironmarket.com.

4. How to get help

Text HELP or INFO to the number you received the message from and we will reply with program and contact information. You can also reach us at support@ironmarket.com or (580) 465-2600.

5. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies and depends on your account activity — most subscribers receive fewer than ten messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. IronMarket does not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

6. Supported carriers and delivery

The program is supported by major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and you should not rely on a text message as your only notice of a time-sensitive event.

7. Your mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and our messaging provider, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

8. Eligibility and changes

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you enroll. If your mobile number changes, update it in your IronMarket profile so we do not message a number that is no longer yours. We may modify or end this program at any time; changes are posted on this page.
