The essentials, witnessed. Our agent verifies identity — make, model, serial/VIN, hours or odometer — and documents condition with up to 20 photos and ten standardized on-camera questions. Right for most equipment, vehicles, and trailers.

Expert ~2 hours on site

The deep record for high-value assets. Everything in Basic, plus up to 100 photos, video walkarounds, and up to fifty standardized questions answered on camera. For cranes, aircraft, and specialized machinery — anywhere the detail matters.

Lot

A set, sealed as one. Multiple smaller items — a tool set, attachments, the contents of a shop — documented together and certified as a single lot rather than item by item. One certificate covers the whole set.
